Privacy policy

AirInduct Sim is operated by AIRINDUCT TECH - FZCO, a free zone company licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (Dubai Silicon Oasis) under licence number 92951, registered at Dtec, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates(“we”, “us”).

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact info@airinductsim.com.

Account data

Your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash) and, optionally, your organisation or institution.

Simulation data

The inputs you enter (coil geometry, turns, spacing, alignment, frequency) and the results we compute (inductance, coupling, field maps, optimiser output), so you can see your history, compare runs and export them.

Payment data

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your plan, invoices and the last four digits of your card.

Messages you send us

Contact, consultation and job-application forms: the details you enter, plus any files you attach (for example a CV).

AI assistant

If you use the in-app assistant, your prompts and the simulation context you share with it are sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate a reply.

Technical data

IP address, browser and device type, and server logs, which we use to keep the service secure and working. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we count anonymous page views with our own cookie-less analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking; IP addresses are not stored). We do not run advertising trackers.

• To provide the service: running simulations, saving your history and exports, and operating your account (performance of our contract with you).
• To bill paid plans and keep financial records (contract and legal obligation).
• To communicate with you: sign-in and verification emails, receipts, service notices and replies to your messages (contract and legitimate interests).
• To keep the service secure: preventing abuse, fraud and misuse (legitimate interests).
• To improve the product using aggregated, de-identified information (legitimate interests).
• To send product news, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run AirInduct Sim, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Railway: application hosting and database.
• Stripe: payment processing and billing.
• Resend: transactional email (sign-in, verification, receipts).
• Calendly: booking consultation calls.
• AI model provider: generating assistant replies. We will name the provider on our sub-processors page before the assistant is generally available.

We may also disclose data where UAE law or a valid order of a competent authority requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

We are based in the United Arab Emirates. Our service providers may store and process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. When data leaves the UAE we rely on contractual safeguards with these providers, as required by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, for users in the EEA or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR.

• Account and simulation data: while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove it from our live systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.
• Billing and invoice records: as long as UAE tax and commercial law requires.
• Job applications: up to 12 months after the role closes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Messages to us: as long as needed to handle your request, then up to 24 months.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as hashes, and access to production systems is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we also recommend keeping your own copies of important results.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your data, or restrict how we use it.
• Send your data to you or another provider in a portable format.
• Stop processing based on our legitimate interests, or withdraw consent you gave.

Email info@airinductsim.com. We reply within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UAE Data Office or, in the EEA or UK, your local data protection authority.

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to run the site and remember your choices. Details are in our cookie policy.

AirInduct Sim is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact info@airinductsim.com and we will delete it.

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
