Terms of service

AirInduct Sim (the “service”) is provided by AIRINDUCT TECH - FZCO, a free zone company licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (Dubai Silicon Oasis) under licence number 92951, registered at Dtec, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates(“we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our cookie policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate registration details. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at info@airinductsim.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the simulation engine, solvers or models.
• Scrape the service or access it with automated tools beyond our published API and its limits.
• Disrupt, overload or try to breach the security of the service.
• Resell or share access to the service without a written agreement with us.
• Present simulation results as measured experimental data.
• Use the service to build a competing simulation product.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Results are computed from physical models (Biot–Savart, Neumann mutual inductance and elliptic-integral methods) and are estimates. They may differ from physical measurements. Verify results independently before using them for safety-critical designs, manufacturing or regulatory submissions.

Some features need a paid plan, shown on our pricing page. Plans are billed in advance through Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give existing subscribers at least 30 days’ notice of price changes.

Yearly and monthly plans bought on the web start with a 3-day free trial, once per account; if you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. Plans bought in the iOS or Android app are billed and refunded by Apple or Google under their terms.

The AI Copilot has a monthly allowance that depends on your plan (shown on the pricing page), with a fair-use daily limit. Unused tasks do not roll over.

You own your inputs, results and exported files. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

We own the service, including its software, models, design, documentation and the AirInduct name and logo. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect paid plans.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or research results, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability, governing law) continue after the agreement ends.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Please contact info@airinductsim.com first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days. If we cannot, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
